We will help you with planning the pre-party details, but essentially, you will want to have your home and backyard prepared as you would for any dinner party, with your beverages and and a few appetizers or snacks available. It could be an hour before the food begins to come off the grill, so you want your guests to be comfortable and not overly hungry.

Once your grill chef has arrived, there is usually some set up and preparation time, during which your guests will be mingling, enjoying appetizers and beer, and waiting for their grilling adventure to begin. Our team will spend an average of 2 1/2 - 3 hours with you and your group… and that’s a lot of cooking!!
